Baandam Museum
Baandam Museum or “Black House” A collection of wood buildings featuring works by Thawan Duchanee & other contemporary Thai artists.
Blue Temple
Rong Sua Ten Temple or “Blue Temple”. Previously only a small temple. This temple is not outstanding. But, one day, technician named “Nok” is a student of Ajarn Chalermchai Kositpipat and had worked at Wat Rong Khun start renovating the temple. The new temple has been refurbished with the use of unique artwork, with shades of blue, and golden motifs. Until now, if you talk about Chiang Rai. One of the attractions that Thai people and foreigners are most likely to travel to is Wat Rong Sua Ten or Blue Temple, which is proud of the community and the people of Chiang Rai is no less than white temples and black houses ever.
Choui Fong plantation
Choui Fong plantation which is the largest tea producer in Chiang Rai. With a long experience in tea cultivation for more than 40 years, Choui Fong plantation is located on a mountain range about 1,200 meters above sea level, with an area of over 1,000 rai. The tea plantation here is curved along the ridges. And the steps are very beautiful.
Wat Phra Kaew
Wat Phra Kaew is a third-common-class royal temple situated in the area of 10,640 square metres. The King of Thailand upgraded the temple to the royal temple on May 31, 1978. The temple gains historical importance as the place where the Emerald Buddha was found. It is also one of the main centres of Buddhist education and the Sangha’s administration in northern Thailand.
